Nexx Home app has been verified to work on iOS devices with iOS version 12.2+ and Android 6.0+. Other versions may work but has not been fully tested.

With iOS 13, apps are no longer allowed to request constant access to your location the first time you open them. To activate Nexx Home's geofencing capabilities, you must manually allow this permission. To do so, simply go to:

Yes. The account owner/admin can grant permissions to Nexx Home to other users. Users can be added and removed at any time.

Only the account owner/admin can remove user’s access. To remove a user who currently has access to your Nexx device, complete the following steps:

Log into your Nexx Home app -> Menu (icon) -> User Access -> select the user you want to remove -> Remove Access

You can control one garage door for every Nexx Smart Garage device. If you have three garage door openers, you will need three Nexx Smart Garage devices. However, the door openers can be different models or brands.

Yes. Nexx Smart Garage requires AC100~240V electrical outlet US type. This outlet is typically near the garage door opener.

Yes. Nexx Home app keeps a history log of all Nexx devices activities. It also notifies you in real time for any changes so that you can have a piece of mind.

No. Nexx Smart Garage does not come with or have a camera.
