It sticks half the time and gives a false reading

Both wireless remotes failed after 3 + years. Easy to swap out the old and replace with the new! Highly recommend keeping system going with replacement remotes!

Our original sensor reliably gave "Open" and "Closed" data regarding our garage door until recently, when it would fail to signal "Closed" a significant number of times. I noticed that when this was the case, the lights on the sensor would fail to illuminate, leading me to believe the sensor was at fault.

I bought a new sensor to solve the problem, and for the most part it has. But there has been at least one instance when the sensor failed to signal "Closed" when it should have.

Noticed one day that the smart garage was not working. Looks like the sensor fell off the garage door and disappeared. Must have driven off with it on the roof of the SUV. Found that Nexx has a replacement sensor available so I ordered one. Received in a few days and followed the easy instruction to set up. Works great again. Let’s see if it stays put this time!
