I have one of the older garage door openers. Last week it stopped responding to open/close commands. I still get open and close notices, but when I try to open or close I get a "no Internet connection" message. The WiFi indicators says "excellent", and it's sending me open close notices when I open or close the door with my non-NEXX opener. I've tried for several days to get any kind of information from support, but there is no response to the e-mail or on my open ticket. Seems like the NEXX servers aren't working with my opener anymore, but it's a mystery since they don't respond. This has quite a few times in the past, but it usually gets resolved and support usually responds. If you're not going to support it anymore just man up and say so!

Great product, but it's having internet conections issues lately
More and more often shows a red line that say's oops, no Internet, even when I'm in my own house with WiFi and using internet with out any problem, I hope you fix it, this problem has like one month, but every day is getting worse, looks like a DNS problem.

have two of these installed and they have worked flawlessly for a couple of years AFTER installing the (overpriced) hardwired magnetic switch door sensor.
the wireless door sensor eats batteries and can be unreliable reporting open/closed state.
one is located at a remote property, and the ability to KNOW the state and also grant access to others is awesome.

Great (when it works)
Everything works great, until it decides to disconnect from your WiFi, or you stop receiving notifications for no reason. Unfortunately this occurs every few months. Cycling the power or re-installing the app gets really old after a while. Even updated to the latest model in hopes that it was more stable. It is not.

Don't waste your money
You spend most of your time trying to get these units to reconnect or replacing the batteries monthly! Their interface with Alexa is a joke. Took someone outside of the company to show the venerability in their software!! My door opens when it should be closing per its schedule. Constantly loses its ability to interface with Alexa and then they blame Amazon. Poor product support.
