Haven't received the product, no response from support
All I can say is it has been over a month and no product has been shipped. I contacted support over 10 days ago without a response. Can't rate the product only my experience with nexx which is a solid 1/5.

honestly, it didn't work. My garage door opener is a My-Q unit that isn't compatible with Nex, so I can't use Alexis with it. It works great on my garage in Arizona. NOT YOUR FAULT, mine for waiting too long to try and install it

Would have been nice to NOT have paid for the Adaptor. Regardless of the time when the sensor was purchased.

Not compatible
I emailed the Nexx help desk who told me I would need the NXAD-200 for my Nexx 100 to work. I installed per the directions and it did not. I emailed the help desk and they advised I could modify my garage door opener’s remote instead of using the Nexx-200 so purchased for no reason.
