Bought many of these units and had some quit working. Emailed nexx over 30 times using 3 different email accounts and not one response. My clients emailed them and again no response. My distributor in Houston emailed them and no success. The supplier who supplies my distributor emailed them and no success. They obviously don't care about the consumer and definitely don't have a customer service. Good luck with technical support or returns for warranty claims. I have unloaded all this product line from my shelves here at Lone Star Gate Services in Cypress TX and moved on to another product.

This service no longer tells me when my door is opening or closing. I’ve contacted customer service they said they would escalate and that was three weeks ago. I’ve sent other messages. No one has returned my message, so I’m done with these guys.

One sensor is bad!

This is the 3rd and 4th one of these that I’ve purchased through the years. All but one has been perfect. But on one of these new ones, a door sensor is bad. It works for opening and closing the door, but it “thinks the door is open whether it is open or closed.
