I have one of the older garage door openers. Last week it stopped responding to open/close commands. I still get open and close notices, but when I try to open or close I get a "no Internet connection" message. The WiFi indicators says "excellent", and it's sending me open close notices when I open or close the door with my non-NEXX opener. I've tried for several days to get any kind of information from support, but there is no response to the e-mail or on my open ticket. Seems like the NEXX servers aren't working with my opener anymore, but it's a mystery since they don't respond. This has quite a few times in the past, but it usually gets resolved and support usually responds. If you're not going to support it anymore just man up and say so!
