Adapter does not work with chamberlain My Q garage door openers
The adapter would not memorize the code. I ended up buying another car remote, soldering a co I ple wires on it, and c connecting it to my Nexx opener. It works great!

Doesn't work and Nexx Home is no longer responding to customers for support, so I can't even return for a refund. Utterly disappointed in them.

Spent extra money I didn't need to.
Purchased a NXG-200 Garage Door opener and despite it saying it supported my Chamberlain model, it didn't out of the box. It required the additional NXAD-200 adapter, which cost $25 extra. Purchased one and later found out that I could have simply requested a free adapter by emailing Nexx and requesting one. Wish they had told me that before I spent the extra $$. In the end the adapter worked, so I'm content.

honestly, it didn't work. My garage door opener is a My-Q unit that isn't compatible with Nex, so I can't use Alexis with it. It works great on my garage in Arizona. NOT YOUR FAULT, mine for waiting too long to try and install it
