After replacing a failed Garage Door motor. Not only did the NEXX Garage not work. Neither did this junk adapter. I submitted a support ticket for help and was ignored. If you have a garage door with security+ 2.0 the NEXX Adapter is a complete waste of time and money.

Spent extra money I didn't need to.
Purchased a NXG-200 Garage Door opener and despite it saying it supported my Chamberlain model, it didn't out of the box. It required the additional NXAD-200 adapter, which cost $25 extra. Purchased one and later found out that I could have simply requested a free adapter by emailing Nexx and requesting one. Wish they had told me that before I spent the extra $$. In the end the adapter worked, so I'm content.

honestly, it didn't work. My garage door opener is a My-Q unit that isn't compatible with Nex, so I can't use Alexis with it. It works great on my garage in Arizona. NOT YOUR FAULT, mine for waiting too long to try and install it

Would not work with MyQ garage door opener. Had to use old opener that I had to solder to the Nexx 100 unit instead. Can’t use this now.
